Devin J. Maher is a Construction Expert at Integral Board Group and also a Vice President in the Project and Development Services Group at Jones Lang LaSalle with management and oversight responsibilities of construction activities for the new Retail and Commercial facilities at the World Trade Center.  During his tenure at the WTC project, Mr. Maher participated in numerous strategic planning initiatives including the development of site cost allocations and procurement of stakeholder work performed by the sites owner and developer.  Additionally, he played a central role in the management of the design process for the facility’s upcoming LEED Gold certification.  Prior publicized project engagements include Mr. Maher’s involvement in several high-profile projects within the tri-state area and also the design and construction of a New York corporate headquarters for one of the nations leading telecommunications service providers.  He has also developed and implemented Project Management Standard Operating Procedures and comprehensive construction Field Manuals utilized by project managers across the country.  Mr. Maher earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island and is also a LEED-accredited professional through the U.S. Green Building Council.
