Mrs. Ulrika ‘Red’ Nilsson is an Events Expert Advisor of Integral Board Group, LLC and serves as President of Redcircle International, Inc., an integrated event and experience company focusing on corporate and private events.  She directly consults with corporations and entrepreneurs as well as private (high income / high profile) individuals nationally and internationally. Redcircle International handles the full project/event lifecycle, strategy to implementation, as well as portions or complementing event services when requested. Redcircle International is an accredited member of the International Special Event Society (ISES), Sustainable Event Alliance (SEA) and a corporate Business Sponsor of the American Sustainable Business Council (ASBC) allowing the company to incorporate new green practices and stay ahead of emerging event trending.  Mrs. Nilsson’s history of extensive relationship-building guided her through several successful careers all over the world and built the foundation for her event company.  Some of her earlier careers included working as an international runway and print model for clients including L'oreal, Versace and Ralph Lauren, managing client relations in the luxury industry for St. Regis Hotels and Resorts as well as consulting with celebrities such as Michael Jordan on operations and special events for his signature restaurants. 

Additionally, Mrs. Nilsson supports various charitable endeavors, most notably serving as a board member of 'Mission: Getting to Next' which facilitates collaboration between high-ranking military women and senior executives.  She also serves as a mentor with the iMentor NYC program guiding underprivileged young adults in preparation to pursue a college education and hosts Red's Table, an exclusive and empowering women's networking experience.  Mrs. Nilsson holds a degree in PR & Communications from American International College and also sponsors children abroad.
