Mr. John Zindar is an International Business Development Expert of Integral Board Group, LLC as well as a Partner at the European-American Business Organization, Inc. (EABO) where he applies his in-depth expertise in transatlantic business development.  With 20+ years of experience, Mr. Zindar has developed keen insights on how to bring companies together across borders for mutually beneficial results.  He is a specialist in assisting a wide array of industries in cross-border negotiations and due-diligence, marketing, branding & distribution, PR & PA, technology transfers, private fundraising & public incentives, partnering and acquisitions.  Mr. Zindar has worked in Europe and Latin America and is fluent in German and Spanish.  He served globally as a U.S. Army Intelligence officer (with Meritorious Service) as well as a trade lobbyist & journalist based in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Zindar has worked as an advisor to the Minister of Economy of Germany and to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Panama.  He was appointed Adjunct Professor of Global Economics at New York University in 2006, and a member of the Alumni Board of Directors of Ripon College (WI) in 2010. Mr. Zindar is widely published, a frequent speaker at industry events and regularly provides commentary to global media {most recently Al-Jazeera America, Bloomberg TV, Dutch Radio 1, EFE News (Spain) and TV GLOBO (Brazil)}. He has also provided expert testimony to the U.S. Congress and the United Nations.  Mr. Zindar is a Phi Beta Kappa with an MA in international economics from The Johns Hopkins University and has an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School.  In addition to his native United States, he has lived in Germany, Italy, Panama, Costa Rica and Mexico.
