Mr. Steve Karl is an Operations Expert of Integral Board Group, LLC and has held senior leadership roles with some of the U.S.’ great brand companies such as American Express, Dun & Bradstreet and JP Morgan Chase.
Mr. Karl’s roles have included large, global responsibilities across business operations and information technology disciplines with common themes of customer experience, margin improvement, quality, employee engagement and transformation. Most recently with JP Morgan Chase, he was a Managing Director leading Customer Experience and Process Improvement teams across the Mortgage Banking business. Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, Mr. Karl led Global Customer and Data Operations for Dun & Bradstreet Company. As a member of the Global Leadership Team at Dun & Bradstreet, he also led the company’s largest strategic technology investment (distressed at the time) through a critical turnaround leveraging his extensive business and information technology background to successfully rebuild the program and team.
At American Express, he led a variety of senior, global, operations and information technology and quality/reengineering roles. In addition to his career at these companies, Mr. Karl built a consultancy, in alliance with Towers Perrin, with engagements across the car rental, chemical, transportation, consumer food products and pharmaceutical industries providing IT Executive and BPO advisory services.
Mr. Karl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Paul W. Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University. He continues to serve the school in a number of ways including a continuing role on the President’s Advisory Group for the university.
