Heike M. Vogel is a Legal Expert of Integral Board Group, LLC and a member of our Advisory Board.  She is also a partner at Vogel Bach, PC with extensive experience in corporate restructuring, general business transactions and bankruptcy law. She also has expertise with intellectual property, labor and employment, corporate transactions and commercial litigation.  Previous firms where she practiced law include Sidley Austin and Arent Fox.  Ms. Vogel clerked for three U.S. Bankruptcy Court judges in the Southern District of New York: Honorable J.H. Gallet; Honorable A.J. Gonzalez, and Honorable R.L. Bohanon.  Ms. Vogel has numerous publications and volunteers her time at NYS Access to Justice Volunteer Attorney Program in New York City Family Court, is a Gala Vice Chair of the National Meningitis Association and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association and the American Council on Germany.  Ms. Vogel holds a Juris Doctorate in Law from Brooklyn Law School as well as a Political Science degree from Columbia University.
